misfiring

I have a 2004 ford explorer 4.0 v6. I took it to a mechanic because it was running rough and the engine light was on. He tested it and said that cylinder #2 was misfiring and it only had 100 psi compression. Can anyone tell me what I need to do to get this fixed?

First, get it properly diagnosed..

Use a leak down, confirm the source of the low compression reading..... Philip
