What's the odds of a pressure plate taking a crap with 6000 miles on it ???? And what would make a throw out bearing fall apart with the same amount of miles

It sounds like air in the lines. Get it going in 2cd an go drive it on a bumpy road and it will beat the air out of it and give you full pedal and travel.
I have had good success with gravity bleeding the system, just open the screw on the slave a bit until fluid trickles out, take the cap off the master and keep the level topped up.
Well I blead the slave cylinder and what u know it worked I guess when I released the pressure from taking it off it drained the master but I'm gettin air from somewhere so I guess its gona be a new sc then m.c.
