Hi Dan,
How do you know the batteries are good? It takes lots of power to crank over the engine, and the only way to tell is a load test.
I'm going to move this one down to the 6.4L Powerstroke forum.
Knave the battery's on charge ... It's showing fully charged but who knowsif the charger even shows this correctly .. Ford service tec just called me & said it could bea few things.. He spent avoid 20 mins while I checkedafew things buyer still have no start .
He said he would need to run a scan ...
It's was also said it could possibly be a exhaust sensor
Was just asking to hope Somone else had this problem & had a easy fix
O my god 1st can I say sorry for my last post ... My fingers don't fit this new iPhone thing the kids got me lol .
But if anyone has a few things I can try before I call to get the fruck towed to ford pleae go right ahead & tll me ... I'll try anything .. I got all dy .
I agree with the tech that told you it COULD BE a bad EGT sensor. There are many reasons that will cause these trucks to not crank over with the key. But in the interim, you may be able to start your truck, if you turn the ignition key to the RUN position (the position it's in when the engine is running), open the hood to find the single brown with light green stripe coloured wire that has a "squeeze and pull" type connection right between the passenger side battery and the air cleaner lid. Disconnect the two halves and jump the male end of the two, to the passenger side battery positive terminal to crank the engine over and start it. It will be a bit of a pain, disconnecting the pushpin type fasteners that this wire clips into the plastic battery tray, and finessing it under the cables for it to reach. But at least you will likely be able to drive the truck over to the dealer this way, as opposed to having to have it towed.
Well thanks for the info ....
BUT I got it running ...
My wife parked the truck yesterday .. Last night I cleaned the wheels , just kinda looked over my new to me truck !! .. Poped the hood had a look around .. Popped the 2 air cleaner clips , had a look .. " arr looks dusty I'll need to get a new filter I thought " .... Put the cover back on .....
In the last 3 hours I've been looking & googling every witch way on the forums ... Whilst reading trough one on a other group I see somone mention connectors behind the air filter ..
Boom I got out side pull off the filter cover .. I see no issues but wiggle all the connections just I case ...
Go turn my key & she starts right up ?,?, wth !
Guess I'll mention this on Monday when it goes to Ford for a service ..
Glad to hear that you got it running! Seems like you have a bad connector somewhere. I have one comment though:

Your air filter can be as dusty as you like, or even black. But it doesn't need replacement until your filter restriction gauge indicates that it does. It doesn't matter one little bit what it looks like.
