F10= F100

D= 6 cylinder 223

6= 1956

K= Kansas City Assembly Plant

21984= Consecutive Number (yours was the 11983rd one assembled)

The rest doesn't make sense to me, unless the rating plate is a reproduction and the person had those sections customised.
