The truck has been sitting for 18 years with a maple tree growing up the side of the drivers door so i wasnt able to read warranty plate. It has original seat brackets, someone installed a console but not the correct one. Did all rangers come with a tank cover? this one has no sign of having snaps for a cover and wasnt able to get under the cab to see how the seats were mounted.
It is an F-100 with a 360 or a 352 if its 67 or older.
360 not available until 1968.

As you can see, there's nothing in the VIN that decodes to a Ranger.
The BODY code stamped on the Warranty Plate decodes to the type of seat material, if the truck is a Ranger, Standard or Custom Cab.
Warranty Plate located on the left door face below the latch. Post all the codes stamped on it.
AFAIK, all Rangers came with bucket seats, full carpeting and a tank cover. Just behind the doors on the body are R/L brackets the cover attached to on the sides.
To mount the bucket seats, 4 specific to Ranger bucket seat brackets (R & L inner & outer) were bolted to the floor to raise and level the seats. The seat tracks bolt to these brackets.
Bucket seats, upholstery same as 1965/66 Mustang (except GT). Seat tracks same as 1965/70 Mustang, except for 1969/70's with high back bucket seats.
Console same as 1964/65 Falcon Sprint, except base is truck only.
