High idle after engine swap
Hey Guys,
I have an 01 Expedition with a 4.6L engine. I just finished an engine swap on the truck and now it is idling high, around 1500. Some times it will go out to about 1800 then come back down to 1500. Not sure what's causing this. The throttle cables are not too tight. I used carb cleaner to check for vacuum leaks last night and I could not find anything. Any suggestions? Is this a common problem.
