Wiring / running light problem
I have a '78 F150 and am having electrical issues with my running lights. When my lights are on, I have no running lights at all. Both bulbs have filaments in tact. Flashers and turn signals work when lights are on or off. Any ideas what would cause this? Thanks.

There is a free-hanging female bullet connector near the headlight switch behind the dash on the driver side fed by a BROWN wire. It is an accessory tap. Do you have 12 volts on this connector with the lights on?
