over drive light blinks
Hey guy's I have a 1995 f250 5.8l 4x4 and while i was in 4 wheel drive going up a hill at a little steep angle the over drive light kept blinking at a steady blink. It didn't stop till i was on the highway. I would have stayed longer on the mountain but that little light freaked me out,cause I know how much a rebuilt trans cost. So any help or relaxing comment would be appericated.

okay pulled code but not sure what 1 of them means. I've gotten 4 system pass then 2= code 542 and 2= code 657 okay the code 542 is a fuel pump secondary circuit failure:PCM to ground but could not find the 657 code definition. I've also gotten a code 539 but that stopped coming up. Any thoughts?

That doesn't make sense. I'd try grabbing the codes again. A system pass not a single 1, for your truck it would be a 111 Code.
