Manual Trans in an Excursion
Seriously contemplating a purchase of an Excursion. I am not an avid fan of automatic transmission. Especially with the lazy unreliable transmissions Ford has been putting out these days. Has anyone done a manual transmission swap on an Excursion with parts from a Superduty or something similar? I think the actual parts exchange would be easy. I just don't know what I would need to do with ECM's or cruise control interfaces, etc. Thanks.
