Sad in birmingham

I have a 78 f100 ranger and I really need help with my truck it's been in my family for years but I need a good mechanic to check it out for me someone please help me I'm in Birmingham,Al

are you even slightly mechanically inclined or willing to learn? do you have, or can you borrow or buy basic tools? If so you could try a post telling us whats wrong... these trucks are quite easy to work on and would make a great truck to learn basic mechanics skills on.

What issues are you having?

My truck barely ran when I got it and I managed to get on the road on my own.

The folks here are extremely helpful if you need any assistance.
