94 Ford 250 Door Problem

94 Ford 250 Door Problem
It latches when you close door but is not all the way closed, you have to slam it to close all the way. Seems to be aligned correctly and I have oiled all parts that can be seen. Any help would be appreciated.

A couple of things to try:
You can adjust either or both the strike post on the frame of the cab. It moves in all directions. Also the latch on the door is adjustable.
Make sure the strike post has a bushing around it. If not, they can be had for cheap in most auto part stores in the "help" section.
When adjusting the strike post or the latch, move it very slightly at a time.

+1 on the strike bolt bushing; that's a very common problem and common fix, too.
If there's vertical play in the whole door you may need to replace the hinge pins- another "help" section DIY. For about $20-30 you can have a truck with both doors that work like new. -TK
