Overbore question
I found a tag on the block of my 460 that says it was a remanufactured unit bored .040 with .010 mains and connecting rods. Can anyone tell me what the new CID is or how to figure it out myself?

Your engine displaces about 468 cubes. Formula for engine displacement is pi * r^2 * h * number of cylinders.

So 3.1415 * 4.84 * 3.85 * 8 = 468.32

There you go!
