Assuming it's a stock 275/65/20 at about 34" my guess would be you are fine considering that during my v/b with a 2" lift I was consistently told to get 35's for it to look right. Although I put on 33" 17s.
I'd be more worried about the tires being a couple inches deeper in the wells with the wrong backspacing personally. I think the quality spacers are $600.
Please post a pic if you put them on though! I remember seeing one guy who had them on with no spacers and they didn't look bad at all. Although his pic was from far away and a side shot.
