Installing a small block in a 66
Anyone know if there are small block engine "stands" available from a vendor or somewhere? Took a 429 C6 out of my 66 from high school and putting in a fuelie 5.0 for my son to drive.

These trucks are nearly unchanged from 1965 to 1979, and therefore your best bet is to look up what the later model trucks had in them. In 1979 a 302 was offered, so I would think those mounts would work. I would also ask NumberDummy before I paid for mounts though. If he says it won't work then take that to the bank.

302 introduced in F100's beginning in model year 1969. Same engine supports aka towers, stands, perches:
1969/79 F100 302 / 1975/79 F150 302 / 1977/79 F100/350 351M/400 2WD.
351W's weren't available in F150/350's until 1981, weren't available in any year F100.
1980: FoMoCo changed the entire truck, engine supports, rubber insulators from 1980 and later, won't work on anything prior to 1980.
