Hello.... Need some help.
First let me introduce myself. I'm Finney I have a 63 f-100 unibody, 72 F250 ranger with A/C and just sold my 73 F150 mud ****.
NOw to the help. My father traded his wore out 95 f250 turbo diseal for my sisters 72 F100 sport custom with a 351M. We bought a 79 LTD with a STONG 302 that we are goin to swap into truck. We need to know if the motor mounts need to be swapped or if the 351M's will work with the 302.
Also will the C6 crossmember work with a C4 tranny?
And any other problems you think we will run into please let me know.

1977 was the first year the 351M was available in F100/350's. If a 1976 or earlier truck has one, it was swapped in.
1977/79 351M/400 2WD engine supports (towers, stands, perches) are the same as 1969/79 F100 & 1975/79 F150 302.
The rubber insulators are not the same.
The C6 crossmember is different than the one used with a 302/C4...whether it can be made to work...or not, I dunno.

Econoline steel mounts/rubber insulators are not the same as F Series trucks or passenger cars.
