I have looked all over now I am relying on you I am looking to purchase 1972 rollback tow truck and I'm looking For vin info i have searched and cant Find anything. Here is the vin thank you in advance. R60UVP72224

U = Caterpillar model 150 .. 522 cid V8 diesel.
V = Kentucky Truck Assembly Plant.
P72224 = 1972.
For more info, post the codes stamped on the Warranty Plate and the printed codes found on the Safety Standard Certification Label.
Warranty Plate located either on the inside of the glovebox door, or on the left door face below the latch.
Certification Label glued to the left B pillar below the door striker plate.
Note: Certification Label may be missing or some/all of the printed codes may be missing.
Moisture caused the outer clear layer to peel off, taking some/all of the codes with it.

You are great thank you I spent hours looking on the internet. my next major task is figure out figuring out what I need to do getting this thing DOT approved. I called Florida Highway Patrol they seem like they're too busy to help me I guess I will have to show up in person. thank you once again for your help it is really appreciated
