7.3 question

I'm looking on craigslist list run across 97 3/4 7.3 liter.it looks in good shape but guy says its got high pressure oil system problem that causes hard starting and idle.stay away or could this be a easy fix?thanks all.

I had this, it turned out to be a bad IPR ($180) on my 2000, but I used AE to find the problem first.
