U-joint choices

Pretty sure I'm going to go with a Precision/MOOG u-joint from NAPA (get a deal through my employer) but I was curious what you guys think. In the past I've just gone with Motorcraft replacements which are sealed and non-greasable. The NAPA guys recommended the greasable units p/n @232 (which are the new style with the zirk on the cup end and not the spider body). The non-greasables are cheaper, significantly, though thats not my main concern.

How do the non-greasable Precision/MOOG u-joints compare to stock? Since the stockers lasted 160k miles to begin with I'm thinking greasable might not be the most necessary, but at the same time if the seals aren't up to it then that would kinda ruin the entire gig...

the stockers seem to be good. i prefer greasable joints because u know that they are getting lubricated as long as u do the maintenance. if u neglect them, they will go bad. my old mans 03 had sealed joints and his 05 has greasable, but we repalced both with napa precision greaseable because he didnt know they were greaseable and the stockers went out, but these seem to be good. i prefer greasebale joints over sealed and wish all the joints in the truck were greaseable

Quick question, are the flange bolts 12pt or e-torx?

i installed Precision greaseable on my rear drive shaft, i have Napa premium greaseable on the front drive shaft and front axle and i have no problem with any of them. I will say the Napa ones don't leak like the Precision ones do, but then again the front's only spin when i use 4wd so i think that why
