7.3 Shifting hard
My buddy has a 97 7.3, sometimes when you put it in gear it takes a couple seconds to actually engage into drive or into reverse. and sometimes when driving and you slow down the transmission will shift down pretty hard. It doesnt shift hard all the time only sometimes but he is gonna be selling the truck and wants to make sure that this isnt a major problem. any ideas guys? thanks!
