Worked like a charm! Aaron just built up the two broken off inside the head, welded a nut on and they threaded right out! the hardest one was actually the one stuck outside. i think it took 3 or 4 welding attemps before we got it (and made sure the gas was turned ON )
But i was honestly not expecting any performance gains from these, but i have to say, i definitely feel a low end power increase. I think the headers and y pipe just make a great combo to open it up and really make acceleration much smoother. Truck runs better than it ever has, and it also sounds pretty good too. Hard to explain, but its much deeper and louder now. Still a slight tick when accelerating, but nothing like i had yesterday (think one of downpipe flange bolts was loose) ticking away. Now its very suttle, i think its just the headers, i was told that because of the thinner walls than manifolds, you will hear the exhaust tick a little. But i cant hear it on the highway, so
