FRONT AXLE
For the 4wd F150 pre-97, I know for sure it is the Dana44 IFS Unit (since 1980ish I think?) I'm not sure about the newer trucks I would assume it is the same. All F150s 2wd and 4wd come with Ford 8.8 Rear Ends, again since the early/mid 80s when the Ford 9inch ws phased out.

Your front axle is a D44 TTB, rear axle is a Ford 8.8.
The D44 TTB was used from '80-96 on F150s.

2wds are called I-beams.
Primary rig is Green Thunder:
95' F-150 XLT 4x4, 302, 5 spd, MSD 6A, Flowmaster American Thunder Exhaust, Sunroof, Clear corners w/ Diamond headlights, CD player with 2 10" subs and some 32" BFG Muds
