Pumped up 351w

Gotta 1968 f-250,been building 'bout a year now.It has a 1973 302 in it.I also have a 1978 351w that I want to rebuild to replace the 302.Don't want big HP just a little more torque and 'bout 250 to 300 HP.What should I do to this motor,I also want low compression and high vacuum for driveability and 87 oct. gas....

Go get some GT40 heads and the Crane 444232 cam and lifter set, bolt on some headers and you'll have a great street engine with about 300hp that'll run fine on 87 octane.
