Here's the factory connector highlighted.
One wire is white w/ black trace, this is the one you want. The other is light blue and goes to the anti-diesel solenoid.
The "s" terminal would be on the back of the alternator. If you pull it off you would be able to see a "s" marked by one of the studs. Could you not find that other connector? It works really good since it is only like 12" away from the choke.
I see 2 studs in the back of the alternator, i don't see an "i" or "s" on either of them
Which one is it? The farthest one down or the top one?
I or S are the small terminals on the starter solenoid, I = ignition, S = starter. Neither of these are what you want.
On the back of the alternator is another "S" terminal, S=stator, this is the terminal you want.
Look at the pictures I posted above.

Yes i know, thats why im asking is the the top stud or the bottom stud that it should connect to?
And i did look at the photo you provided me, apparently that was removed

This is a stock Motorcraft alternator we're dealing with, correct?
I'm pretty much throwing in the towel. I don't know what else to tell you.
How about a picture of your alt. if you don't find the stator terminal, pictures help a lot.
Everbody is trying to help, but some of the questions are not coming though clear. Not just this one, the carb gasket adapter was another one, turns out it was not an adapter .
Nobody is angry ,just a little confused on the questions. I'm guessing these trucks are a new thing to you ?
Oh OK, so I remove that white cable behind the alternator then connect the cable there right?
Read my last post very clearly:

Trace the white cable to the plug on the other end is the way i would do it . Or just leave it on the alt. and fasten a new wire there and take it to the choke.
B. FIND the plug near the firewall with the white and blue wire in the pix*
C. Find same plug on your firewall
D. Identify the white wire in said plug
E. wire your choke to the white wire in said plug
* if you were to trace this white wire to its origin, you would find that it attachs to the "s" terminal on the back of the motorcraft alternator, have I got that right guys?
I just looked under my hood, plug is there as well as the harness that attached to the choke when it had the motorcraft carb on it still. I now have a manual choked Holley so mines just laying there.
