If they are $35 more than Cunifer line then no, I don't think stainless is worth it.
I've never used stainless brake line, but I've worked with stainless a lot and it's generally harder to cut and harder to bend, though for something like brake line the difference may be negligible.
IMO stainless is only worth paying more than for Cunifer if you're going for appearance.
If you deal with a lot of winter salt/brine like I do, stainless brake lines are very worth it unless you want to replace them every few years. The replacement steel used in lines these days is not good quality. That Cunifer alloy stuff looks nice, but I did get my rolls of stainless cheaper. Stainless is hard to bend though. If I had seen that before, not being into the british car crowd any ore, I probably would have spent the extra on it instead...
