Cutting off

I got a 2001 f350 with a 7.3 . Why does it cut off when I start up when it in neutral over 1500 rpm don't know what's going on with it can anyone help

Are you saying it is cutting out at rpm over 1500? Do you have a check engine light on? If so, you should have codes and you can get them read with a OBD II reader that is compatable with Ford specific codes. Most generic ones will not work on powertrain codes as they are manufacture specific.

Yes it is cutting off at 1500 and I have no lights on but my abs

How does it restart when it cuts off? Like normal or do u have to wind on it?

Does it do this when it is cold or hot or all the time?

It's starts right up and most of the time it when it is cold

Unhook your Injection Contro Pressure electrical connector and see if it starts right up and continues above 1500. The ICP is located on the Top, Front of the driver's side head. It is the only sensor on the head in that location. It will probably set the SES/CEL light when you do this. Look to see if there is oil inside the SENSOR connection. If you have oil at that sensor then you need to replace it soon.
