I have a set of spindles and calipers off an unknown 60s-70s F series I need to put a name to. The spindle casting numbers are:
7-ED and C303
8-ED and D123
I found some part numbers for 7-CD and 8-CD but not the EDs. The caliper doesn't seem to correspond to any particular model. The ID of the kingpin bushings is .862 though that seems to cover multiple king pin sizes.
I took some pictures but didn't really know what to look for outside of any numbers I could find:
By the cast steering stop (the protruding nub on the lower trailing side), 'looks to me like a 76-79 assembly.
Looks like you were right, depending on the model.
