Well guys. I have lurked around here for a while, and made a couple posts here and there. I have learned a lot, and thank you guys for it.

But seeing as deployment is coming up, I can't really keep my truck around. I thought I would post here before anything.

My truck it a 1983 F-250. 4 speed. 4x4.
Has a old Hypermax turbo kit, Brand new 35's. It's in decent shape for it's age.

But I need to let it go, fast. I'm located in the Central Valley, CA.
And if anyone if interested or know of anyone that is looking, just make me an offer really.

Man I would do whatever it takes and not let that truck go! They don't make them like these old trucks anymore. I see you're in the Navy in CA, is that NAS LeMoore? I was out there in the early '90s.

 

To bad your so far away, an 83 4 speed 4x4 is something I'd love to have, especially clean like that. Just want that as a collector piece.

Don't get rid of it! Lol. Fix that thing up! That is a pretty nice truck. How come you are getting rid of it anyway? There should be a place to either store it on base or somewhere out in town. And like was asked before, are you in Le Moore? I'm down at NAS NI in San Diego.

Also airedale94, where are you stationed?

 

I'm in Lemoore but im transfering to soon too.

 

I'm out now. But I made a couple of trips to the island. Used to get underway at NI and later our pilots went through top gun at Mirimar so they could play adversary against the fleet. Ah, jolly old Lemoore. I'm from Kansas and I remember when I found out I was going to CA. Well I got there and I thought this looks like KS. The Navy should move that truck for you.

 

Ah I got you. I wasn't sure if you had updated where you were from or not. Lol. And ya they should move that thing for you! How may vehicles do you have??
