1981 F-100 I6 Compression/Timing

1981 F-100 I6 Compression/Timing
Anyone know what the timing supposed to be on this truck? I don't think its off by too much but I'd like to tune it with my vacuum gauge
My grandfather who worked for Ford motor co. for about 40 years told me the head might be bad.. did a compression test
1-130psi
2-140psi
3-150psi
4-140psi
5-150psi
6-150psi
Are those good times? I know ones a little off. Does anyone know where the compression is supposed to be at?
