Hi Wes,
Check out the data on this web page of mine. it may help you with your 223. It does not show the timing spec's but I'm pretty sure the timing on the 223 is around 6 degrees BTC like the rest of these inline 6's. There is a forum specifically for Inline 6 cylinders here on FTE. They be able to help you out. I know StockMan will have the information you're looking for.
