HELP v10 problem

I have found that I do have a broken stud that noise seems to go away after 30 seconds or so then 3 min later the other noise comes back. I have around 1000 miles on it after getting the new cats put on and oil seems good No oil presure problems at all now and the sound has not gotten better or worse? I pulled the cats off the manifolds to see if that helped but I dont think it got hot enough, it didnt seem to make the noise after 3 min so i put them back on and ran it another 3 min and it was back. I dont see cracks anyone think that its possible for a cracked manifold to act this way ?
