help

i need some help real bad with my car radio, recently i took my 99 f-150 to the garage and tha stupid madchanic grounded out my battery terminal with his spanner now my car radio keep asking for a code it is a kenwood dpx-6100md it is a 4 digit code please any 1 help me i called kenwood they say i need to send them the radio but i am in jamaica to that is not possible .so i would be greatful if any 1 can help me.

Are you the original owner of the stereo? If not, contact the previous owner...

Talk to the manager. If the mechanic messed up your air conditioning you bet your azz he would be responsible for fixing it. They should be responsible for this if it costs you anything...

i am not the first owner of the f150 i bought it from a car mart here in jamaica i tryed finding the original owner but i can't they don't know him or her i tryed talking to the mechanic too he said he did not do it and in no way he will take responsible
