I think it's going to depend on how the sat tuner interfaces with the factory headunits. If it's controlled like a cd changer, then you might find an aftermarket interface. With a little luck, the tuner will have a label on it saying the manufacture's name (Terk and some of the others should have new cables or interfaces to connect to radios.)
