Steering Wheel

1993 Ford F150.
Steering wheel wobbling around. I replaced the upper and lower steering column bearings. A big job but I can do it in minutes......
The steering wheel shaft is still not completely solid.

What do you do next. I did not change anything lower than the upper and lower steering column bearings. Are there any in the body and why is this thing not solid as a rock?
