Bit the Bullet
Just purchased a 2003 6.0 superduty with 6 speed, and standard cab 2WD. Hopefully I wont have too many problems, I just replaced the alternator already on the way home..

Batteries and the alternator are two of the things that will KILL
the FICM (Fuel Injection Control Module) As in low voltage.
