Hello, Anybody know what the stock ride height is for 86 f250's...I take it the ride height is measured from the center of the hub to the bottom of the fenderwell, but I have no idea what the measurement should be...

Actually it's measured from the bottom of the frame to the top of the axle according to my books.
The stock servicable measurement can be anywhere between, 2 inches and 4 1/4 inches with the F-250, F-350 4x2; or 4 3/4 inches to 7 inches with the 4x4's.

Thanks...I knew the height was measured somehow or another...So, if I'm somewhere between the 4 3/4 inches to 7 inches on my 4 X 4 I should be ok...
Yes, that is according to the Ford service specification manual.
Depending on the measurement your truck has, it changes the specs adjustments of the front end alighnment.
Yeah thats what I was working on...the alighnment...making sure it is still in specs since I put on new shocks and air bags all around...Sure does ride nice, especially when towing my 5th wheel...
