The front height is usually is a relationship between two measurements. For my old Explorer it was the distance of the control arm to the ground minus the distance of the steering knuckle to the ground, and I imagine the F150's method would be similar. The rear is probably frame to axle. The numbers should be somewhere less than 10 inches for both ends.
