i found that wire that hook to horn had a short in wire.
i cut it back some . tied my new horn wires into it,
seems to be working for the time.
way i tested it. unplug the yellow wire that plugs into horn.
i ran a piece of wire tied into yellow wire touch other end hot + battery
and i didn't even blow the horn as soon as i touch pos + the horn blew
you might want check that horn wire out.
If you are getting a shock you may want to check the wiring.
No offense but now we know where all the butchered wiring comes from on all these trucks. Take a little time and at least use butt connectors (I hate butt connectors) instead of tape. Is that duct tape I see?
