remote start
i have a 2001 ford f350 lariat CC LB and i want to add remote start for it i know i haft to have a module for the gp but where can i get one and will it affect the factory remote keyless entry any help is appreciated

The remote starts I've seen come with their own remote that use the factory power locks for entry. They also have a timer delay start for diesel trucks so that key on happens at a pre-determined interval before the starter is engaged.

Most remote starts also come with a glow plug wire that when u connect senses when the glow plugs shut down before it starts the vehicle. I've been doing starters for over 5 years now so if u need any help feel free to ask.
