Headlight LED wiring problem

Hey guys I just installed new headlights in my 2003 f250 6.0 Lariat. The new headlights have small LEDs in them and I am having a problem wiring them into the parking lights. I tried running them off of the parking lights fuse under the drivers kick panel but they constantly stay on.
I want to run them strait into my running lights so they come on when the parking lights are on.
Which wire do I have to tap into to make this happen? Is it the brown wire that runs into the headlight switch on the dash? Just splice wire and tap into?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Try under the passenger kick panel. There is a solid brown wire in there that is the hot wire for running lights. This is the wire I used when i installed my recon cab lights. It has been awhile but im 99% sure its a soild brown wire.

The brown wire sounds right to me also. You can also access it from the headlight switch. The bezel and switch should push right out from behind.
