I don't think it's been mentioned so far in the thread... an important little question: have you checked the coolant for SCAs?
And welcome to the forum! (FWIW, I was wondering why I didn't recognize any of the users replying to the thread at first... that was really weird, then I came across the info that the thread used to be in another subforum and it immediately became obvious!)
