Do you mean a "steering stabilizer"?

No they dont all come with them. Mine doesn't have one. I have been looking for the bracket that bolts to the steering arm. And yes they sell kits .

The initial bracket on the passenger side is there but many did not come with the stabilizer itself. You can run a single or a duel; however, if you plan on running a number of aftermarket diff covers, a duel setup will not work as they may not clear the front diff cover. I have a Mag-Hytec rear diff cover but I can only put one on the front if I remove the driver side stabilizer.

Firefighterdan! I would be afraid of hitting a rock or sumthing with that shock so low ! Looks like it is below the axel?

The stabilizer will hang a little lower than the axel but the diff cover is still closer to the ground. Those tires on Firefighterdan’s truck look to be at least 37” like mine so the axel is higher than you might think. I would not recommend trail busting or anything but I have never had a problem off-roading as long as you pay attention to what is in front of you.

My F-350 didn't come with one, and I never had any issues towing or plowing. But when I put 35" tires on I figured might as well to be on the safe side. Dual Rough Country Stabilizers:
