Yes those are the correct holes.
The self-tapping screw goes in the slotted hole on the mounting tab. Leme see if I can get a picture... hmm... seems to be harder to find one on eBay than I thought.
You've got the location correct. Just need to get a photo for you for how they mount.

If you're not occasionally patronizing your local junk yard, it's a good idea to do so once in a while and when you do, and always get few Ford OEM sheet metal screws, fuses, light bulbs and etc. Be like a kid again with different stuff in your pocket coming out of the junk yard.
