Okay, I figured it out. They're on and look a heck of a lot better now.
Basically, you've got three spots where the headlight housings clip on. There are the two adjusting ones, and one more. That other one is basically a long phillips head bolt and the rubber piece that clips onto the bracket threads onto it. Basically, I just got the calipers out and matched up the distance from the housing to the spot where the clip goes on both the old and new headlight housings. Then, it was just a matter of turning the adjusting ones when they were on the truck so that they didn't look ridiculous.
Right now, they're aiming WAY too far down, but that's the adjustment that's easy to fix, so we're good to go.
