I had a 1971 that I put togeather 7 years ago and basically forgot how I did all the wiring. Stuff like 78 bronco tilt wheel, interval wipers, all my guages, electric cooling fans.
Well now all of that stuff is going into a 69 short bed, and I'm finding subtle differences that I'll post here as they come up. But I have a few things to start with.
The 69 fuse box is not wired for a heater fuse 20A the 71 is. I noticed this on a few trucks at the yard also. Didn't all trucks at least come with a heater and fan? Or is this not a blower motor fuse?
Last... I'm not getting power to the 2 amp IP fuse. Right now I have continuity between one side of that fuse and a Blk/yel wire that is part of the main harness coming through the right side of the firewall to the engine compartment. Trouble is the blk/yel wire is just hanging there it is not connected to anything ( it's a mess I know)
