hard shift under light acceleration

I have a '94 eb5.8 Bronco with 104k miles. I have serviced the tranny 5 or 6 times over the life of the truck and it is never used for towing. lately I have been getting a hard shift under very light acceleration it seems to be a double shift with that hard feel within a split second of each other. I first noticed it after the truck sat for about a month and i though that the fluid just needed to circulate some and it did seem to stop after the first time out but started again this morning(about a month since the first time it happened) and did it after driving over a 5 mile trip when the engine was fully warmed. If anyone can help me diagnois this issue i would greatly appreciate it. you guys never let me down in the past and thanks again for that!

its possible the filter dropped into the pan. is your speedo still working? abs light on at all by chance?

I would pull codes, it could be a TPS issue also.
