I don't think its quite that simple. A problem you will probably run into is bar that goes from your 4x4 selection lever, assuming its manual floor mounted one, probably will be the wrong length and wont let it put it transfercase into the right selection. Unless the tranfer case happens to remain in the same location relative to where it is now. I ran into this problem when my lever mount broke and I got a used one. I didn't know what the used one was out of but had the bar still on it so I used it, and could never get it to fall into the notch selection. Well come to find out those bars are different lengths depending on the engine/trans combo. Fortunately I still had my original setup and after some fighting got it switched over. Selections are good now.
