all who has been following some of my threads thank you for your comments , could it be that the wireing harness internally be chafing I know ford had recalls on the ficm harness witch has been replaced, so looking at the tech folders under the rocker covers Injecter and I think glo-plug harness, still surging, at norm operaton temps , starts good at cold and hot temps , 04 ford 350 6.0
manf date 03/04 also the gloplug line does not look like the one on tech folder where the harness turns 45 deg into the plug, mine towards the back of the motor its not caped unless its internaly capped .the truck has'ent stalled out in about a week so why one week stall next week run good one or two days hot temp surge and cooler days run like a bat out of hell Thanks
Clean filters? How much time of the oil and what type ?
Do you have a scan tool or a scanguage II ?
post some photos if you can of the glow plug connection.
Once it's started and running they don't really do anything
Have you cleaned the EGR valve ? is ICP good ?
Dirty IPR screen ?
evey thing has been changed, cost me a gold piece to keep things up , today truck ran really bad at warm run then I had no accelleration no pedal, the truck was at Idial and I coasted or at least the truck had some kind of gear movement for 3/4 mile to home with no accelleration got to the drive way then I had pedal
wires look good exterior part of motor that I can see woundering about under rocker
