Possible TPS Problem?
After rounding a corner and down shifting I pressed on the throttle and nothing. I shut the motor down and restarted-then it worked fine until I pulled in my driveway-samething. Here's the thing it's in my 2000 International Forestry Truck 4700 with the t444e. I have searched other forums with no help. Some guys with the same problem have replaced the TPS with no change. However with the prob that my truck has I am leaning towards the TPS. But if anyone has another suggestion it wood be helpful.

If the throttle pedal assembly is the same, then it sounds like the IVS(Idle Validation Switch) the throttle assembly has 2 parts, the IVS needs to make before the potentiometer of the TPS can be interpreted by the PCM.
Is this an Auto with a Ford style column? or a Stick?
Auto's have a shifter chafe issue, which has symptoms very similar to this as well, is why I ask.
