What's ugly about it, I think it is a pretty interesting build. At least it aint scraping the paint off the bottom of the bumpers.
John
Your right about that. Id have it over any lowrider/rat rod type thing.
He did do a beautiful job on it. I admit that. But those wide fenders, the steps and that flair side just destroyed the look for me. I have a 71 f250 single cab lwb and i just hate the look of all those mods slapped onto it. If it was a 4x4 (can anyone tell) and had a long bed on it id throw a camper and a motorcycle trailer onto it and use it to get to the family cabin.
Gorgeous paint and nice looking front bumper though.

Hater huh?? Just lowriders? Or anyone who's cool enough to make something out of nothing? Early rat-rods were built because people had a vision of making something out of nothing. Why scrap it when you make it street legal. I hate people who express their stupidity on a public forum.
It looks great, and I can for sure respect the effort put into it, but the rear does look a bit cobbled together. If it was a bit more polished, it'd be a show stopper.
Who said i was a hater...? I know i didn't. I said i wouldn't take one. I didn't say i hate them. So just calm down big guy.
Let me tell you something about where i live. Im in colorado. Arvada to be exact. almost every parking lot down here has speed bumps, potholes or a mix of both. So a low rider isnt a very good choice. My dad has a 1973 mgbgt that with the aftermarket muffler has a ride height of 3 inches. I can deal with avoiding everything in that but if i get a truck i want to use it as a truck. Also colorado has been known to change weather randomly. So one day ill be out driving in nice sunny weather and a few minutes later is can be snowing. And lowered trucks......... don't do the best in snow. Also if it gets stuck how will i get my tire chains on my rear wheels if they don't fit under the wheel wells?
So i guess you could say i don't like low riders but i don't hate them. And like i said above... If i have a truck, I'm going to use it as a truck.
Have a good evening sir. And try not to read between the lines to much.
I bet it would do a good job pulling a horse trailer or 5th wheel camper. I see a lot of fancy rigs pulling horse trailers going by my house on the way to Raleigh.
It is not an outstanding build but innovative. IMHO
Must be a shortened F-5/6/700 frame with a 67-72 crewcab set on it with a flareside box and 80's fenders.
It's a factory F600 Crew Cab, all were sold as a Cab & Chassis, all came with DRW. The Flareside bed and 1980's F350 Styleside DRW fenders are add-ons.
I've seen that crew on Craigslist a couple weeks ago I like it would be better with a earlier style bed on it but still an all around nice truck don't think he will get anywhere close to his asking price though but who knows just takes the right buyer
