is the sct not accurate on temps? its getting up to 15 psi and popping the degas cap. thats exhaust into the cooland right? no oil in the coolant like the first time and no noticable water in the oil. just noticed this morning it was steaming out the exhaust for about 5 miles.
Now that sounds Like a Blown EGR Cooler^^^^^this is a Blown EGR Cooler thing
a blown HeadGASKET wont put coolant into the Exhaust normally to much pressure to let coolant into the Cylinders HG Normally cause Puke and Overheat
maybe its overheating because the Coolant so low
and if it continues to overheat it might need headgaskets to or also a new head from getting hot and warping
or they can blow the HG because the Excessive pressure in the cylinders from the EGR Coooler dumping coolant in there
the egr is deleted. i did the oil cooler head studs gaskets and egr delete about three months ago. im guessing im just another statistic in the BO gaskets failing column. its going to get estimated for a trade in tomorrow. so there may be a powermax turbo for sale soon

you should have said that from Beginning^^^
I take it the exhaust steams after its sat overnight coolant must be leaking in there when theres no cylinder pressure
Them BO seam to have a High Fail Rate
Did you have the Heads Checked when you did the work???
that would be fantastic if it was head gaskets. sure am glad i heard all of the horror stories about black onyx gaskets about 2 weeks after i installed them. im guessing i was overheating and what i thought was air backing out the airbox was actually the fan. i realize i sounded like an idiot asking if it was normal to lose two gallons thanks for the humor. im fairly certain the old turbo never boosted over about 24# according to my sct. i am not noticing anything out the tailpipe but 2 gallons over that period wouldnt be much. i will be putting a T in to read pressure on the degas bottle tomorrow. My main problem is that this is the wifes kid hauler and she is terrified it will blow the gaskets on her again and i am about 7k the wrong way of what its worth. thanks again for everyones help and humor
YOU DID MENTION IT^^^
I got to stop skim reading stuff I always miss the important stuff LOL when I do that
the info for the answer is usually there in the thread
looks like it will be getting fixed. im hoping also this is where my long start is coming from and not injectors. 1 and 6 are in question and im hoping thats where im leaking overnight causing the long start. ill be tearing into this week if i get the parts
is there someone that sells oem ford head gaskets intake gasket and complete o-ring kit all together or do i have to piece it all together? i did some searching and only found kits with bo and vr gaskets
